Rebuild
This maintenance service will let your suspension work at its maximum potential and provides consistency in performance. We offer a suspension rebuild for forks, shock absorbers and steering dampers. A rebuild includes disassembly, inspection and cleaning, including polishing tubes or shaft. Worn parts will be replaced (e.g. seals, bushings). Components are reassembled using low friction assembly lubes and fresh Öhlins suspension oil.

Repair
We can repair most suspension components; from a simple leakage to bended fork tubes. Every Öhlins fork, shock absorber, steering damper or spring pre-load adjuster can be repaired.

Revalve
With suspension revalve services we personalize your fork or shock absorber to your specific needs. Every rider is unique in height, weight, riding style, skill level, terrain ridden and desired performance. A revalve includes disassembly, inspection and cleaning. Your fork or shock will get an individualized setting and spring change. Components are reassembled using low friction assembly lubes and fresh Öhlins suspension oil.

Spring and cartridge replacement
The description says it all. Let us change your springs or fork cartridge. We have all the appropriate tools to do it properly without e.g. damaging your shock spring or fork top-caps.

Suspension installation
In our work shop we can install forks, shock absorbers and steering dampers on each type of bike; street, motocross or ATV. We have all the appropriate tools to install your suspension properly. Installation of the suspension includes a bike setup (spring pre-load, setting adjusters).

Works coating
Protect, strengthen and improve the performance of your suspension with components that make your fork and shock absorber look like 'works' suspension with DLC (black) coating. We also offer hardcoat anodizing for shock bodies and fork bottoms.
