The astonishing success with an upgrade Suspension Control Unit (SCU) to the Ducati Multistrada 1200 S is now followed by a similar solution but an yet even more improved SCU to the MV Agusta F4 RR 2013-2014.
Öhlins semi active algorithms are used in cooperation with the MV Agusta F4 RR CAN bus system. The riders choice of driving mode (Rain, Normal, Sport) are with the SCU upgrade kit truly semi active.
The riders inputs to the bike, for example speed and throttle control, is monitored as well as feedback from the motorcycle IMU control unit (Inertial Measurement Unit) and are all merged together to a suspension click setting that is perfect for the instant moment.
This means brake support as well as cornering support and help with click changes on the suspension while accelerating is no longer a dream. When riding smooth and slow the rider also gets a much improved comfort, for instance when commuting to work. Installation is easy and all settings are done in the instrument cluster of the bike.
The SCU for the MV Agusta F4 RR 2013-2014 is available from the 2014 season.
