New for off-road front forks: the fork mud scraper kit! The fork mud scraper Kit is an innovative solution developed specifically for the off-road market. It is designed to be positioned above the fork without the need to dismantle the wheel, due to an innovative design, the solution is applied to the fork and is closed by cotter pins.
It is a ready-to-use solution, so can be used according to conditions on the ground The fork mud scraper kit prevents contamination from mud and the abrasion it causes, thus ensuring the performance of the fork and the operating conditions of the seal and at the same time, also ensuring the rider’s safety.
Öhlins brings a budget series of shock absorbers for the middle segment based on the S46DR1 type. This type of shock absorber is available for many entry models and naked bikes as for example the BMW F 800-Serie, Kawasaki ER-6 N/F, Honda CBF, Suzuki Bandit and Yamaha FZ6.
The shock absorber comes with a rebound adjuster and spring pre-load can be adjusted mechanically. For some models a shorter version, which will lower the bike, is available also. For each model Öhlins produced matching fork springs which will bring the suspension of your bike to its maximum potential.
Öhlins launches the first Electronically Controlled (EC) actuated after market shock absorber system. Based on race winning suspension technology from MotoGP and World Superbike, Öhlins now debuts the patented TTX technology for the dual sport segment and the BMW R 1200 GS models with ESA suspension. The system consisting of a TTX36 shock absorber at the front and a newly developed TTX39 at the rear and an Öhlins ECU is easily installed an compatible with the original ESA. It interacts directly with the BMW R 1200 GS CAN bus network and existing user interface, and is manoeuvred by the standard dash display and enduro ESA control buttons.
Öhlins R&T cartridge kits with 30mm pistons, type NIX. As we are used to from Öhlins, the 30mm cartridge kits are based on their experiences gained from World Supersport and Superstock championships. Available for every type of ATV and Quad: Öhlins TTX30 front shock absorber kits. This kit is based on the same twin-tube technology as used for motocross TTX44 shock absorbers. There are 4 different kits available, which combined with specific end-eyes, covers shock absorber lengths from 368 to 505mm. These shock absorbers are compression and rebound damping adjustable.

The Öhlins front fork is a 48mm USD fork based on the successful front fork cartridge kits for hypersport bikes, however now with an electronic system. Similar, the TTX36 EC shock absorber is based on Öhlins’ TTX36 shock absorber.
